A few words about Order Processing and Shipping

We do our best to ship ALL ORDERS within 72 hours, and most of the time ALL ORDERS will ship within 24 – 48 hours if you pay your invoice before 2 P.M. EST. We are also buyers at heart and know there is nothing worse than wondering when your order will be shipped and arrive.

We guarantee that your purchases will be packaged carefully and processed immediately.

If you need an item to arrive by a certain time, call us toll-free (800) 639-8182 and we will move mountains, if necessary, to make sure that special purchase arrives when it is supposed to. Count on us…and we give you our word that you won’t regret it.

  • All items are professionally packaged, in-house, and shipped directly to your door. Shipping charges are condensed to a single charge for multiple items. We condense all shipping to the lowest possible single charge. We pack all lots in-house to ensure that the shipping costs are as low as possible and to ensure proper packing. The shipping quote will be included on your invoice. For bidders close to us, you can set up an appointment to pick up your items. The shipping quote on your invoice is all-inclusive, including professional packaging, insurance, and delivery to your address of choice
  • Rush processing, gift wrapping, and delivery options are available for an additional fee.
  • All purchased items are shipped with a tracking number. We will notify you with the shipping information for your item(s) as soon as your order has been processed. Your tracking number will either be emailed to you by us or directly from UPS.

General Shipping Charges for Domestic Addresses are as follows:

  • A single charge of $35 – $45 for as many multiple unframed items as are purchased (i.e., prints).
  • Most framed items cost around $30 – $45 to ship and multiple framed items generally cost about $45 – $60 for every 3 – 4 framed works (All depending on your location).
  • Larger works/items will cost more to ship. If you would like a specific shipping quote prior to bidding, send us an email with your address so we can calculate the correct shipping quote.

We ship primarily by UPS Ground for U.S. Addresses and due to Covid-19 UPS to international locations within a commercially reasonable time following credit of the bidder’s payment to our account. On average, a domestic bidder may expect to receive their items within 1 week from payment clearing, however, now and then there may be a delay in delivery. International customers should expect to receive their items within 2 -4 weeks of payment clearing depending on the country you are in. The actual cost of shipping, insurance, registry, and confirmation services is charged to the Bidder, as well as a packing/handling fee, to defray the cost of labor and supplies involved (shipping quote on invoice). Large, heavy, fragile, or otherwise unusual items will incur additional charges in which case we will contact you with the available delivery option. KCM Galleries may ship items using USPS first class or international mail, private carriers or pack and ship enterprises, the cost of which shall be charged to the Bidder (Shipping quote on invoice).
